No. GB Extreme is built around more than simply selling equipment. Our coaches work directly with young people through action sports and skills-based activities, and our store connects equipment with learning and progression.

What is a GB Extreme Trick Pack? +
Trick Packs are GB Extreme digital coaching products designed to help young people learn new skills and continue progressing beyond simply buying the equipment.
Who teaches the tricks? +
The skills are taught by GB Extreme coaches and athletes with experience performing, coaching and working directly with young people.
Can I learn at my own pace? +
Yes. Trick Packs are designed so participants can work through the skills at their own pace, practise them and return to the coaching as they progress.
Are Trick Packs physical products? +
No. Trick Packs are digital coaching products rather than physical products delivered to your home.

Can I return a physical item? +
If you would like to return a physical product, please contact the GB Extreme Store team with your order details and we'll help you with the next steps.

Can I get a refund on a Trick Pack? +
Trick Packs are digital products. Once your download has started, you will generally no longer have the right to cancel where you have expressly agreed to receive the digital content immediately and acknowledged that your cancellation right will be lost.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If your Trick Pack is faulty, not as described, or you believe you are otherwise entitled to a refund or other remedy under consumer law, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
